As FNADE's chairman, I am glad to welcome you on our new website.
We wished it more convivial and more exhaustive, and thus as well to present all the trades and missions of the FNADE, and in particular its trade unions, its representatives in area, and its recent antenna in Brussels.
For reminder, the main sectors of industry concerned are :
Among others, FNADE :
- ensures regulation and normative watch on activities practiced by its members
- ensures animation of commissions and colleges, analysis, debate and professional position research areas, for the whole set of themes of actuality,
- relays national informations to its nine areas and nine trade unions
- represents the members of its trade unions in front of public instancies (on the european national areas and department level), other trade organismes and french and european normalisation instancies
- works actively on safety problems encountered in waste collection and treatment jobs, by determining prior actions,
- coordinates and communicates, and ensures defense of the professionals' interests.
In this prior actions, FNADE :
1. follows-up the waste framework directive, which main subjects are :
- definition of matter and energy recovery,
- widening of producer's responsibility
- by-products
- hazardous waste
FNADE is attached to :
- avoid abusive declassification of certain product categories
- avoid "pseudo"recovery
- avoid treatment quality lessening
- promote the exercise of its activities respectfull for environment and health,
2. is attached to following all actions in favour of workers security. FNADE "Ile de France" has done a join action with the CAMIF and the CRAMIF, which ended to the elaboration of a security chart. This type of action will be extended to other areas and be brought up to a national level.
3. works actively to prepare a frame for workers posted to hard works in some of our activities, so that they can access to some new "bridge" jobs they may be interessed in.
